WHAT IS THE 40 OVER 40 and FABULOUS PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE?
The population of women in Michigan aged 40+ is larger than ever before... This group is too big to be ignored, too experienced not to be listened to, and too beautiful not to be celebrated. It’s time to start a REVOLUTION, LADIES! I would love for you to join me on this adventure to share the common bond of being 40 and over.
For 2025, I’ll be creating stunning portraits of 40 women over the age of 40 (40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond) at my Macomb Studio, culminating in a Gallery Style Exhibition celebration with these women and their stories!
40 OVER 40 PROJECT IS A CELEBRATION OF THE DIVERSITY, STRENGTH, BEAUTY, ESSENCE AND
WISDOM OF WOMEN
Women are expected to be wives, mothers, caretakers, professionals and do it well or risk the feeling that we don't measure up. As women we embrace the challenges of life, but in the midst of taking care of families and careers, we often get lost and forget to take care of our own selves. And just as important we need to celebrate that same love, strength and courage that we give to others, and give it to ourselves…At this moment, I want to celebrate with you. I want you to look into the lens with the assurance that only time and experience gives a woman beauty. You now know that your beauty isn’t defined by the color of your eyes and the size of your waist, but through a lifetime of joy, happiness, sorrow, hurt...and all the wondrous emotions that we as women experience.

CONSULTATION.
WARDROBE, STYLING, PLANNING
Complete custom photo session design and clothing consultation.Go glam, vintage, casual or anywhere in between! An assortment of outfits will help ensure we create images that capture all aspects of your personality. Do you have a sentimental something you’d like to include in a photograph? Bring it!
CELEBRITY STYLE PHOTOSHOOT.
Covergirl for a day! You will enjoy a magazine-style photoshoot where I will guide you from start to finish through your session. I want you to be relaxed and have fun…and to enjoy your time in front of the camera! I have chairs, stools and props for posing, so I promise you won’t just be left standing there trying to figure out what to do with your hands. Get ready to rock this!
THE REVEAL.
We will schedule a time, about 2 weeks after your session for you to come back, in person, to view your beautiful portraits. You will choose your complimentary photo and if you desire more, you can purchase the images you love!
