#PortraitYOU đž Experience a Shoot
When was the last time you experienced a shoot where the photographer directed your every pose? Or took the time to ensure your hair and clothing were in place? And gave guidance on facial microexpressions to change the mood of the photo?
Many clients when they come for their shoot say, âI never take a good photographâ or âI donât know how to poseâ and my favorite, âI hate having my picture taken.â I understand being in front of the camera is not easy, but itâs my job to give you a great photo that shows you at your best. I do this by guiding you through poses that feel awkward and uncomfortable but look great in camera. And I direct you in microexpressions because there is more to your face than just a smile. The directions will produce expressions that show confidence, approachability and smiles.
And don't think I don't know how you feel because I do! I have been in front of the camera myself and when I question how something looks, I relax, thinking the photos will turn out great. Change your mindset from the negative to the positive, it will make a difference. As I direct you, I'm going for a look, checking it in camera while looking at the overall photo to achieve it.
Relax, let yourself go and experience a shoot just for you. Leave the world behind and concentrate on YOU. Let the photographer direct and guide you through your shoot and enjoy the moment of it being just about you.
You will be great!
